Asaluyeh Petrochemical Green Storage Company (Private Joint Stock)
Asaluyeh Petrochemical Green Storage Company was established in August 2011 and registered under No. 410120 as Amitis Sabz Pars Company (Private Joint Stock). Its operational activities commenced following the appointment of a new Board of Directors in July 2014. The Company's name was subsequently changed to Asaluyeh Green Storage Petrochemical Company following approval at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on February 9, 2021.
In February 2021, following approval at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on February 9, 2021, the Company's name was changed to Asaluyeh Petrochemical Green Storage Company. Its registered office was also transferred from Tehran to Asaluyeh, where it was registered under No. 164.
Asaluyeh Petrochemical Green Storage Complex, the largest petrochemical product storage and export project in Iran, is located on a 47-hectare site southeast of Phase 2 of the petrochemical zone in the Pars Special Economic Energy Zone, Asaluyeh. It is situated adjacent to Pars Export Terminal, approximately 270 kilometres southeast of Bushehr Port and 570 kilometres west of Bandar Abbas on the Persian Gulf. The project's primary objective is to provide exclusive storage and transportation services for products manufactured by Phase 2 petrochemical projects in Asaluyeh, transferring them to Pars Export Terminal for export to international markets.
